Missing loads of steps.

My Inspire is cheating me out of steps. Walked with my husband today, side by side for the same distance. According to google maps, we walked about 12 miles (19.3km) and this was despite it missing a big chunk out. At the end of the walk he had around 30,000 steps and I had 24,000 steps/15.8 km. My steps are shorter so I should have more. Anyone else have this problem?

Thank you for reporting the accuracy issues that you're having with your Fitbit Inspire. You have really strong points to think it is having issues counting your steps. 

 

I'd suggest to restart your Fitbit and give it a try again. Also check your personal information on the "Settings" on your Fitbit account, to confirm it is correct. Please walk 100 steps and confirm those steps have been added to your Fitbit. Are you using Connected GPS?
