My motorolla won't connect to new Inspire HR, had to chance from charge 2 when strap broke. But cannot get to connect to phone. Worked ok with charge 2. Says there are issues with Bluetooth, have tried turning it on / off and restarting mobile. Have re loaded app. Deleted charge 2. But still no luck had it 10 days now. Not had chance to return to shop.

Please make sure you have removed the Old device from your Phones Bluetooth settings

Also do a restart of the device

I have a brand new Fitbit Inspire HR and a 2 month old Motorola G7 phone that was previously linked to a Fitbit Alta. I lost the Alta and decided to try the Inspire HR. It synced right away, vibrates on notifications, and I receive the first part of texts on the device. I was nervous after reading some of these posts that my Motorola G7 would not be compatible with my new Fitbit but it works fine. I'm very happy!
