Multiple trackers in one account

Hello! I have the fit bit Alta and my son has the inspire. Both are set up in my ap. When I sync each of them, they combine our stats together. For example...I may have 10,000 and my son may have 11,000, but after syncing it shows that my total steps is 21,000.  How do it view our individual step stats as well as other info like sleep and active minutes?

Unless you are using a Family account, each person needs a separate account/email.  If you have them both in one account, it thinks you are using them both, presumably switching between them.

It's a lot easier with 2 phones, or at least 2 different sync devices; if both accounts on same device, you will have to keep logging out of one account and into the other.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Welcome to the Forums @Newuserinspire and @JohnnyRow thanks for the input.

I am sorry for the delay in respond. I was able to see here that our friend @JohnnyRow provided some instructions regarding your account inquiry. Was this the answer you were looking for? If it was, I recommend marking the answer given as a solution. By doing this, other users with the same inquiry will be able to find a faster response.

Now, if your inquiry/issue wasn’t resolved, let me know and I will be glad to help you out.
