My 7 day tracker Inspire HR is not tracking

My 7 day tracker is not tracking the current date and not tracking each day. Any suggestions on how to correct this.

@RFHR, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not recording your activity. Is your device syncing? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app? Has this happened before? Can you see other information being updated on the app (steps, distance, etc.)? Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleIt does sound as if your device isn't syncing so I suggest you try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
