I completed my workout for the day, yay! I also hit my active minutes goal. So, I synced my fitbit device to my iphone like I normally do throughout the day. However, now my device and the app are both saying I have zero active minutes. It’s also saying I haven’t taken any steps since 10 am. (Which is completely inaccurate, it’s now 3:30 pm and I have taken plenty of steps.) I’m incredibly frustrated by this. Not only did it fail to track my workout, but it erased everything I’ve done today! I’ve only had this device for 3 months and I cannot believe I’m having issues already! I tried restarting my phone, reconnecting bluetooth, and deleting/reinstalling the fitbit app. No luck. Today’s information is all gone. And I know that I burned more calories than it’s saying. I’m livid. Has this happened to anyone else???

@haleighfunk It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your missing active minutes and activity and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Do you have any third party app linked to your account? Or have you manually logged any activities? These scenarios may overwrite the data that your tracker recorded. Also try logging out from the app (don't just force close it), restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure that the app is up to date. If the data doesn't show then you could try manually logging the activity so you have a record on your account.
Let me know how it goes.
