Mine did it too.. I googled it and it says to put on the charger and push and hold the button for 5 seconds and it will reset.. you won’t lose any data on your Fitbit.. and it works!

Same. I already had to send mine back because it wouldn’t charge so the new one I got from the company is bunk too.
