My FitBit Inspire HR screen is frozen on the time

My Fitbit inspire screen was working yesterday morning however now I am stuck on time only. It wont move onto another screen and I can't move onto any other screen. Only purchased in Aug 2019

Let me help you with your Inspire HR screen being stuck. Please restart your tracker. Also try changing the clock face.
