The original band that the FitBit Inspire came with snapped off of the FitBit and broke the plastic part you clip the band into. I was wondering if I could return it for a new one, as I received it as a Christmas gift in December 2019, which should still be within the warranty time. Without the ability to wear it on my wrist, anymore, this product has been rendered useless to me.

I talked with a customer support rep. and was given the option to replace my product or use a discount towards another. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend contacting support if you have this issue (although, I was lucky to have this happen to me within the 1-year warranty date. If you've had your product for longer than 1 year, I can't imagine the same outcome).
