Hi there,
My fitbit Inspire was working earlier today and recording my steps however the screen has since stopped turning on. I have tried plugging it in to the USB where I charge it and resetting it multiple times but the screen doesn't want to activate. I do feel a little vibration whenever I do reset, but still no screen. I have only had this product a couple of months. Can you please advise my next steps?

I also found that my app on my phone is still recording the steps, so it appears to still be working despite the screen not showing anything
