hi i absolutely love my fitbit but have come acrosss a situation i changed my watchband and now it wont stay on pleese help

I am so disappointed in Fitbit. I am 75 and have had Fitbit for 6 years!  Never took it off. Even gave a dent in my left wrist. I changed bands 4 days ago and now find they don’t stay snapped and have broken 3 bands. I had 20 but what good if they don’t stay fastened ! 
I had the Alta HR and when it died I got the inspire 2 about 2 months ago. Didn’t save receipt as didn’t think I’d ever need it. Shame on me but super shame on Fitbit for selling such a cheap ineffective product!
