My Fitbit watch (Inspire HR) turns itself off unexpectedly even though the battery is full and it is difficult to turn on the watch, the watch does not restart easily. The clock software and phone software are up to date

Let me help you with your Inspire HR turning off unexpectedly. This is odd and not a normal behavior. I am not sure if this may be related to the battery or the display so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
