My Fitbit Inspire HR won't turn on.

I charged it and I also tried to restart it but it won't turn on. I have tried to charge it for two days straight. The electricity is working fine in my house. I think it is fully charged but my laptop won't sync. A few days ago it worked perfectly well.

Hi @Cindy_Chen,

 

Have you cleaned the contacts and the pins on both the device and the charger?  Without a clean, strong connection, your device won't charge.

 

Also, the device needs to be on the charger for at least 2 hours to get a full charge.

Thank you for your advice, but I cleaned it and it still din't work. Is there anything else I could do? I did clean it and charge it for one hour.
