My Fitbit Inspire HR won't turn on

I've had my Inspire HR for about 6 weeks now and it won't turn on at all. I've tried plugging it in and holding the button down for 10 seconds, but that won't work at all.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @gaffer2602 @Zepp68.

@gaffer2602 I am sorry to hear your Inspire HR tracker won't turn on. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend following the complete troubleshooting instructions from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

@Zepp68 Thank you for joining the thread. If you see a straight line on your tracker, it's possible that it needs a firmware update. Please follow the steps from this help article if you continue experiencing this issue: How do I update my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Hi, my Fitbit hr is not even 6 months old, I got the logo screen only today, put it on the charger and held the button in for 10 secs and got a smiley face now nothing 😞 rely on my fitbit as I have low bp and monitor my hr because of this.  Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

If this is a InspireHR, when you originally linked it to your phone, tablet etc., did it link up?  Try going to the app and click sync now.
