My Fitbit Inspire HR won't vibrate

Hi everyone, I just started using my Fitbit HR and the vibrate function on it does not work. My alarms this morning did not vibrate also I've restarted my device, and during the restart your Fitbit is suppose to vibrate but mine did not. Some assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Johnchris958, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR won't vibrate. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me know if you restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. In the meantime, check out this help page, which provides more information in case your Fitbit device doesn't alert you.
