My fitbit is not connecting to my phone and when i try to connect it, the bluetooth says that there is a incorrect password or passkey.the time is also not showing properly every 1 day it goes 24 min back. I would like to know that how should I reboot it. I also tried many ways to reset it but it still doesn't connect.

@MADMAX777 Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
Let me help you with your Inspire not connecting with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The link is handled by the Fitbit app so you can't link them via the bluetooth settings for syncing purposes. You can try the following:
Once it syncs the time should update.
Let me know how it goes.

I have a similar problem with my Fitbit Inspire. Since around 6pm last night it has not updated. The time is 5 hours behind my timezone (Pacific). I followed your instructions, and also uninstalled and re-installed the app. Phone Bluetooth does not find the fitbit to pair with. I tried rebooting the fitbit as well. Please advise!

I think the fitbit is not sending a bluetooth signal. How do I check that? 1. For example, without the fitbit app, can the watch get its time/timezone by pairing with the phone? 2. Before the syncing failed, the watch was connected to the phone for "SmartLock" so that the phone is unlocked if the watch is nearby. It doesn't do that anymore. Does that mean the watch's bluetooth has failed?
thank you
Hilary
