My Fitbit Inspire is not tracking my sleep

My inspire is not tracking my sleep... how do I fix it?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Mimi8113! I´ll be glad to assist you with your sleep tracking inquiry. 

In order to record your sleep:

1. Manually sync the tracker. See instructions in How do Fitbit trackers sync their data?
2. Restart the tracker. See instructions in How do I restart my tracker?
3. Try sleeping with the tracker on their non-dominant hand. 

Let me know how it goes.

Mine hasn’t been tracking my sleep and none of the above has helped! My old Charge 3 was fine! What else can I do?

How do I sign in to read the links you posted?  Salesforce asks for username and password. Im not sure what to type in.  Thanks,
