My Fitbit Inspire stopped working today, even when on charge. The only thing it is doing is putting our this vibration or pulse every 10 to 12 seconds. I have only had it a couple of weeks or so, and don't understand why it would suddenly stop working. What should I try to get it working again?

Hi @Rikin,
I would contact Support, it sounds like the tracker is malfunctioning. The link can be found at the bottom of the page.

I got my Inspire HR and it worked great for a few weeks. Now, it won't come on or display anything. Also, will not sync. I can't believe this and I would like some serious help! 😣

I called Customer Support at 877-623-4997 and they walked me through resetting my Inspire which did not fix it, so the representative gave me a case number and told me she was escalating my problem to a higher level of support. They are suppose to be sending me an email with next steps. You may want to call Customer Support as I did.

I hope they fix it soon

Fitbit replaced my Inspire at no cost to me. I went through trouble shooting steps with their customer service, then they sent me an email with instructions for how to return my defective one. As soon as they received it, they shipped me a brand new Fitbit Inspire. If you have patience with the folks at Fitbit, they will take care of defective equipment. It may take a few weeks from your initial contact, but again Fitbit did take care of mine.

Same thing has happened to me. Purchased this about a month or so ago and now no longer working. Can feel a little bit of a vibration every 10 seconds or so but nothing else.

I received my replacement from Fitbit after about a month of waiting. So far it's still working! I believe the Inspire is a new model for Fitbit, and it also seems it has development problems. I wonder why they don't do just own up to it and offer a different one that will keep working. I see it as a "black eye" for Fitbit! I know I would not buy another Fitbit nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
