My Fitbit Inspire stopped working today, even when on charge. The only thing it is doing is putting our this vibration or pulse every 10 to 12 seconds. I have only had it a couple of weeks or so, and don't understand why it would suddenly stop working. What should I try to get it working again?

mine did the same thing. First I had to charge it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Then after less than a month, its totally dead. Won't charge. I am disappointed. They are sending a replacement. .But I donlt think I can buy another fit bit proguct. I had another heartrate tracker from fitbit and it quit tracking hearrate. Two other models died an early death as well. I feel they should last longer for the high price. I am glad I am getting a replacement, but tht's the right thing to do since I paid 99 for it and I haven't even got to use it as i should have since it had to be charged so often. I think fitbit needs to work the bugs out. AND lower the price if they want people to keep buying when they don't last very long.

Mine started working again when I changed the clock face through the app. Thanks to RachelMomof6 for the solution!

Wow... thanks... changing the clock face worked. What the heck???? Why does the clock face have anything to do with why my inspire stopped working?? Oh well, until next time. Thank you!

Use the Fitbit app on your phone:
-click on the face icon at the top left corner
-under 'Devices', click on your Fitbit icon
-Click on Clock Faces
-Click on All Clocks
-click on a face you want, then click on 'select' on the next screen
It may take up to 30 seconds or so for the new face to load, but when it does that should take care of the problem.

This might sound a little crazy. Mine did the exact same thing and while I was reading this i just kept pressing the button on the left side accidentally. I was just about to call costumer support and it just started working again. So maybe this is something you could try. I’m not sure what I did. I was just pressing it and now it works.

Read this on the internet and it worked with my inspire. Plugged it into my computer which is an ancient MacBook Air. Then held the button for around 12 seconds. When I let go, a smily face appeared on the screen and then it was all fixed. Give it a try and best of luck. 😊

Plugged the charging cable into my computer and attached it to the inspire. It was like I was charging it. Then I held the button for 12 secs. Voila. Fixed. 😊
