My Fitbit Inspire stopped working today, even when on charge. The only thing it is doing is putting our this vibration or pulse every 10 to 12 seconds. I have only had it a couple of weeks or so, and don't understand why it would suddenly stop working. What should I try to get it working again?

This is my 2nd Fitbit in less than 2 years. For the price, you would think it would work, or IT would be able to remotely troubleshoot. Customer service told me to do the same thing the app said, reset. However, resetting did not make it work. So, I am going to try a different brand fitness tracker.

Did you try resetting the clock face in the app? While I agree that there should be an easier way to fix this (or that it should be done remotely!), I've found this does work for several issues. Not sure why...it just does!

Try this>>>>>> I called the Customer Service number 877-623-4997, and they walked me through resetting my Fitbit which did not help, so the person I spoke to said she would escalate my problem and that I should get an email with next steps. So you may want to call Customer Service as I did.
