after just one day of having my Fitbit it stops showing my texts, WhatsApp, mail, calls, any notifications I have set up.. I have tried everything I have seen suggested and it works again for maybe a few hours then stops working again.. it also recorded my sleep perfectly the first night and hasn’t worked properly since. Again tried everything I’ve seen suggested on here and it’s not helped. It was a birthday present that I got on Monday and after only 4 days I’m so annoyed with it!!

Ok @SavannahKuypers I've moved it to the inspire.
However it would be helpfull to include the phone model when asking a about a phone issue.
I can point you to notification and android help.
There is also info on the iOS board for specific settings needed on iOS.
