I got my Fitbit in November and it’s worked perfectly until about a week ago when the battery started dying overnight. I reset it as suggested in another forum and that seems to be fixed, but then it became frozen on the main screen. Tapping didn’t change it from showing my steps to heart rate etc., and though it still counted my steps I also couldn’t scroll to the other screens. Last night it randomly started vibrating over and over until I took it off and let it sit. It seemed ok after a while (minus the frozen screen) but today it started vibrating aggressively again and now the screen won’t even light up when I touch the sensors on the sides.
