My Fitbit isn’t showing the green light at the back

  • Normally on waking, I sync my Fitbit but it wouldn’t and when taking my Fitbit off, it doesn’t show the green light at the back, any ideas what I can do?  Thanks

@Ebbie2456 Hello!  Have you tried restarting your tracker?  Simply plug your Fitbit Inspire into the charger and while it's charging, hold down the button on the left for at least 5 seconds.  When you see a smile icon, that means your Inspire has successfully restarted.

I am having the same problem. Re-booting and uninstalling/reinstalling have not worked to fix this.
