Hi,

My Inspire 2 is showing "no recent activity" on Friend's list leaderboard. This only became an issue a few weeks ago.

It has never been a problem before.

Many thanks,

Daniel

Hi All,

I have managed to fix this.

1. Click on your picture in the top left of the screen.

2. Scroll down and click on ‘Social & Sharing’.

3. Click on ‘Privacy’.

4. Under ‘Statistics’ ensure that ‘Average Daily Step Count’ is set to ‘Friends’.

I think these defaulted to ‘Private’ during the update a few weeks ago.

You may need to logout and then log back in for the changes to take effect.

Hope it works for everyone.

Cheers,

Daniel

Hi, @DanielWood , have you recently synced your Fitbit?  If you have synced, and it is still showing “no recent activity” on your Friend’s leaderboard please ask your friend to refresh her app or log out and log back in again.

Hi Julia G,

I have refresh, re-sync, removed/reinstalled the app and Bluetooth and closed/opened my phone.  Unfortunately, nothing worked.  Like Daniel, it stopped showing my stat a few weeks ago.  Please don't tell me I need to buy a new Fitbit because the technology is old.  😞

Thank you,

Dee_Dee
