Hi I have just done the latest update and now my inspire 2 will not charge

dies  anybody know why?

Hello, @Fazerloz It is nice to see you around the community.

Thanks for letting me know this situation with the battery of your Inspire 2 after the update. Can you confirm the following, please?

- Does the Inspire 2 vibrates when you connect it to the charger?
- Do the green lights in the back of it are turned on?
