the inspire 2 is already synced but will not show my steps each hour and does not show my sleep and it does not give me an option to add these stats. Used to work but just stopped, please advise

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Inspire 2. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can set up your Inspire 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1651799065102.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
