I bought my inspire a few weeks ago and struggled for a few days to get it to celebrate my step goal. It suddenly started working (no idea how), but now it's stopped again.
Do not disturb is off, sleep is on a schedule (only during the middle of the night when I'm asleep) and it's not on clip on mode, but it suddenly stopped celebrating my step goal again. Earlier this week I also got a notification of a missed call, even though I have call notifications and permissions all turned off. Already tried to reset it twice but no luck.
I swore after years of trouble I wouldn't buy another Fitbit, but I did... and here I am. Any advice?

In addition to Do Not Disturb (DND), when Sleep Mode setting is on notifications and reminders are muted. Please make sure Sleep Mode is turned off.

I had the same trouble, so I lowered my goals to a minimum, turned on my notifications even though it still gives me reminders to rest at night even though I don't use the sleep information and now the celebrations work. Watch out for the replies sending your to the help center, they will blah blah your to death until they decide they have wasted enough time that the "You need to purchase a new device" won't seem so obvious.
