My Inspire 2 is not recording movement during sleep since I switched to iPhone 14 pro

I have a new Inspire 2 that I got about 3 weeks ago. All was working fine. This past Monday I got my new iPhone and since then the app does not show any movement during sleep, either on the iphone or online here.

I don't think I understand.  You want it to show movement during your sleep?  Did it do so with your previous phone and you preferred that?  Do you want it to be recording exercise sessions, or just steps, or zone minutes?

Thanks for trying to respond!  besides tracking my steps, I use it to see the quality of my sleep. If you check that, it shows with a blue line small disturbances, and with a red line any time you are awake. Right now it is not showing any of those lines.

Alisulita.  O mesmo está comigo. Desde que fiz atualização o domingo, ele parou de registrar o futuro do sono. E foi na mesma data. Eu também gosto de monitorar meu sonho e parou.  E não consigo resolver

Alê, me comuniqué por Chat con Fitbit support y me dijeron que mi problema era que lo estaba usando en Clip mode. Lo cambié a wrist mode, y se soluciono.
