Hi there, @Ryanac. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.
To turn off water lock, firmly double-tap the middle of the screen with your finger. If you don't see "Unlocked" appear on screen, try tapping harder. Turning off this feature uses the accelerometer in your device, which takes more force to activate.
Note that water lock turns on automatically when you start a swim in the Exercise app on Inspire 2.
I've moved your post to the Inspire 2 board for organization purposes.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

My Inspire 2 waterlock pops on routinely, has been doing for my months with the device. Usually once or twice daily. My total swims = 0; my total showers while wearing Inspire 2 = 0. Frustrating to the point of warranting recall, though I suppose there is no safety issue. Just continued annoyance!

I agree with this 100%. When I flick my wrist, I need to see the time...not a frickin water lock. Is there any way to disable this?

I totally agree. This needs to be fixed or I have to return this fitbit.

my fitbit Inspire 2 is less than a month old and it is showing me only water lock and stop watch info. It is not showing me any of the normal screen info for time, steps, distance, etc. So frustrating.
