My Inspire 2 isn’t syncing

Hi,

The device I bring on trips doesn’t have the Fitbit app, so I login on your website. But I’m noticing that when I go on trips that are out of the time zone, my watch doesn’t sync. I have tried rebooting my watch and changing the time zone on the website (whilst logged in.) Since I don’t have the app, your previous syncing suggestions haven’t worked for me. Currently I’m some where with a time change but my watch doesn’t isn’t connecting. What should I do?

Hi, @Confuseduser376 , unfortunately you will need the app in order to sync your Inspire 2.  You cannot sync directly to the website and that is why you are having difficulty.  You can download the app to most types of tablet, or if it is a PC running Windows 10 with built in Bluetooth that you take with you you can download the Windows 10 app and sync via that.

If you let us know which device you take with you when you travel someone may be able to provide more specific help.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Thank you @Julia_G!

I do have a device that I don’t normally bring on vacation that does have the app. I will either download the app on my vacation device (which is an ipad) or I will bring my other device!
