My Inspire is fully charged but has a blank screen and is chirping every 15 seconds. I checked my app and see it has not sync’d for over 2 weeks.

Thanks for reporting the issues with your Inspire HR and for sharing those details in your post. This is not a normal behavior, I'll be glad to give you a hand with this. I'd recommend restarting your Inspire HR and fully charge it again. Then you can try to sync your Fitbit and if you notice this is acting erratically again, please let me know so I can request a ticket for you.
