Hi @Charline6540  That doesnt sound too good! I have flagged your post for a moderators assistance. (By the way I swim with mine all the time, so it is not a general fault)

@Charline6540 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Inspire HR since it won't turn on even though you've pressed the button for 15 seconds.

Before I proceed accordingly, I would like to know if your Inspire HR was plugged to the charging cable when you pressed the button for 15 seconds.

As a side note, please dry the contacts of the Fitbit device with cotton swab. After this, charge it for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Well, that’s good to hear.  It’s just frustrating that something designed to work in the water doesn’t.  My sons, of course performed great. Lol.  Oh well, I am glad they replaced yours. Now it’s just trying to motivate to walk without something counting your steps.

Exact same thing has happened to mine. Went swimming for the first time today. Taken it off to dry and hoping it will restart shortly 😞

I've had issues with my Inspire HR as well, only after swimming, which is the whole reason I bought this particular Fitbit. It works fine all year when I'm not in the water, but as soon as I swim with it in summer,  it will stop charging.  It doesn't shut off. But I have to keep it out of the water for a few days so it will take a charge again. Very frustrating to only be able to use it for a couple of days each week.
