My Inspire HR doesn't sync anymore

for the last 2/3 months my inspire hr stopped syncing with my Samsung phone, I have to go on to sync phone and it tells me it can't find device but I'm next to it, this has also stoped me receiving calls and messages to my fitbit, I've followed all the steps on this forum and its still not corrected the issue, can you help please

Let me help you with your tracker not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You don't mention which troubleshooting steps you followed so I suggest you try these:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Thank you for replying,

I've checked settings permissions and removed all bluetooth devices (apart from my fitbit) and it does it for a day then stops again so everytime I have to sync it I go through the Bluetooth settings turn phone off an on to get it to sync cos it says looking for device and I have a warning message that notifications aren't on, restart phone to re-activate.
