My Inspire HR was working well then suddenly yeasterday it stopped synching. I have restarted it several times but now my phone wont even pair with it. I get the buzz and smily face when I restart. Help please what do I do?

I restarted it another 10 or so times and now it seems to have kicked in. I think for a less than 1 month old fitbit this is pretty poor though
