My Inspire HR is having many issues

Over the last few days my Inspire HR won't hold a charge for even 9 hrs. It also having trouble swiping screen, keeping incorrect time, can't sync. I have tried the many suggestions that other users have tried. No luck. I purchased this in the middle of July 2020 and haven't had a problem until now. I only had to charge it every 6 to 7 days, now it is junk.   What has changed with the Inspire HR? A replacement would be wonderful. Please help.

Just call Customer Support and they will send you a replacement voucher or 50% discount on another device.
