My Inspire HR is not receiving notifications

My fitbit  I will not install notifications why I tryed to install the notifications app on the fitbit but it will not work

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Inspire HR.

 

Please make sure Do Not Disturb (DND) and Sleep Mode are turned off on your Tracker. For instructions on how to navigate your Tracker, please visit this article.

 

In this case, I would recommend setting up your Inspire HR as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1654204582397.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If you are still not receiving notifications, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article.
