My Inspire HR is not responding

I have tried everything. My inspire hr is synced to my android tablet E lite. I removed it from my account in hopes I could set it back up, now it won’t swipe to any screen, just the clock and heart rate. It won’t respond to reset, or when I set up new device it won’t connect. I also took it off my Bluetooth and now it won’t do anything. Any idea what to do??

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know about this so they can further assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
