My Inspire HR is running some kind of race of its own!!

My Inspire HR is constantly buzzing and notifying me of stats that I have no idea I'm doing.  It is non-stop and I had to take it off because it was so annoying.  Why would it start some exercise program on its own?

Hi @Gaye  Try restarting it a few times and see if it happens again.
