I'm trying to set my inspire HR fitbit with my phone, but instead to trying connect with my one, it keeps connecting to my girlfriends and shes at first floor when I'm at 3rd. Using Huawei 20pro lite phone. Any suggestions?

Hi @VytautasK  you might want to have your girlfriend turn her phone off while you try to set up. Unfortunately, your phone is listed as having problems with Fitbit - click to read more.

She did it and then it was trying to connect to her fitbit not mine 😭😭 and today when I'm alone trying to set it up it was taking round 30 min to try connect and after I got message cannot connect. I got good gift and I can't use it now haha

@VytautasK  did you see the article I linked above? Your phone has problems with getting connected to Fitbit.
