My Inspire HR isn't showing the correct time

Hi

How can i change the time on my Inspire HR. Actual time is 19.31pm, fitbit says 07.32.

Have you been syncing your Inspire HR to your phone, @Terrip12 ? The Inspire will pick up the correct time from your phone when you sync.

This only arrived today and synced once charged but am left with this time.

I previously had Flex 2 but decided to upgrade to this Inspire.

Thanks for the quick response, @Terrip12 . You may have already completed these steps, but let’s check just to be sure.

  • You went into the Fitbit app and removed the Flex 2 from your account. Then went into your phone’s Bluetooth settings and removed the Flex 2 from there.
  • You received the Inspire HR .. charged it ... then set it up in the Fitbit app on your phone.
  • The time was wrong after you completed these steps. 

Am I understanding this correctly? If you did all this and the time is still wrong after syncing again, then please try restarting your Inspire HR and  syncing one more time. Please let us know if you get back to the right time.

Yes i did all that, will try to restart and resync.

Did you manage to sort it..... mine has just arrived and I'm having exactly the same problem.... I've synced it with my phone, even checked time zones in settings, I've reset device, even uninstalled both the phone and the app and re-installed... still no luck. Help please

Tried all sorts but we now think its maybe not a 24clock face as its still the same, everything else is working fine.
