Bunch of things going on.
I have to push and hold button to get the time. When it displays it's the time is wrong so I have to go to the app on my android phone and manually sync it.
It's not recording my steps or any other information. It showed my sleep last night but the times were wrong and it had no details.
I've done the following:
Deleted app & reinstalled it.
Unpaired device and paired again.
Restarted the device using steps I found in the forum. This corrected the issue for about 5 minutes and then stopped again.
I really loved my Alta but it was 6 years old and was getting glitch.
Ready to return the product since I've been messing with this for 3 days.

@CarolINSPIRE thank you for the update.
Sad to hear that your Inspire didn't work and you had you return it but thank you for remaining in the Fitbit Family with your new Charge 4. Hopefully it will help you with your fitness goals. You can always review its manual so you can learn about its features.
Happy stepping and stay safe!
