My Inspire HR seems to freeze

So, I can usually tap the screen and I can see my HR, steps, date, etc...I don't know what happened yesterday, but now all I can see if the step counter.  I attempted to restart my Fitbit and it won't let me restart it either.  At this point, I don't even know if it's charging because it won't let me see that and when I just plugged it in, it didn't even vibrate to signal that it connected to the charger.  I like being able to see all aspects on my Fitbit, not just the step counter.  Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issues. Try changing the clock face on your device and after this retry the restart.
