My Inspire HR stopped synching in March

My Inspire HR tracker stopped connecting to my Windows 10 computer via bluetooth in March.  This track was purchased in Feb., so it's only been in use for a couple of months.  I replaced my bluetooth, but that didn't help.  I tried connecting it to an Android phone as well, but no luck there either.  The phone couldn't "see" it, but could see other bluetooth enabled devices in my home.  I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps multiple times, and my tracker just simply isn't able to be seen by any bluetooth enabled device.  It briefly paired with my Windows 10 computer in late March, but hasn't been able to pair since.  I can't find a way to contact fitbit except by live chat or by twitter.  I don't feel like sitting in front of my computer for who knows how long before a chat rep is available.  How can I get help from fitbit for this issue?

@luckdcp Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing with your Windows 10 computer and android phone. You can try refreshing the link between your phone/computer and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone and computer's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Note that the syncing isn't done via the phone/computer's bluetooth settings, it is done via the Fitbit app so you will need to use it to sync your device.

Let me know how it goes.
