My Fitbit stopped tracking my bike ride distance

Could you please let me know how do you record your activity? If your exercise tracks automatically it won't show the distance.

I go to exercise on my Fitbit and scroll to bike and it logs it as igo

I too tell my fitbit that I am ready to ride my bicycle I clicked bicycle symble  i ride a good 5 miles it does not calculate any of that.  I also find that when I cut chicken at work one cut equals 3 steps..   I have done this multiple times over the last 3 years of owning this fitbit and it has never ever calculated my cycling. On average I get 30000 steps A-day. I feel as though it doesn't properly calculate my steps Or exercise

When did your Inspire HR stop recording your distance?

Ever since I was given my new fitbit HR inspire it  won't allow me To activate the exercise mode. The watch should have a thing for run and cycling and I'm not seeing either of the 2. I guess it's supposed to auto detect but it's not auto detecting any of it. Am I doing something wrong.
