Hi,
I've had my Fitbit Inspire HR for a couple of weeks and have been very happy with it, until now. Yesterday at 09:30, it apparently stopped syncing my heart rate to the app (I use Android). I noticed that only this morning, when I noticed that: the tracker display had simply frozen up and showed a flat value for my heart rate (56 or so), had recorded no steps for the day despite having done my morning routine, and most importantly didn't show my sleep record for the night.
I reset my tracker, which appears to have fixed the step tracking. However, on the app dashboard for heart rate, it shows a graph for yesterday until around 09:30. No new data shows up. Sleep for last night is simply not registered.
I've unpaired+re-paired and removed+added the tracker from my account, restarted my phone, restarted the app and the tracker many times. Nothing has helped.
Can I expect this issue to resolve itself? Is it a software issue or a hardware issue? What can I do?
Firmware version: 34.20001.60.39
Android device: Samsung S7 Edge

This must have something to do with the Fitbit update they just released...many are complaining of not being able to sync and when you log out of app it doesn't let you back in and say's "try again later"....

Heck, I did not even log out. For some strange reason, it logged me out on its own, in the night. And when I try to log in, it tells me Fitbit is unavailable. Definitely has to be the new update.

Fitbit is aware of the problem and is working on it. Some people say their app is working now.
