My Inspire HR stopped tracking the heart rate & no greenlight coming from sensors.

My Inspire HR stopped tracking heart rate 8 hours back & still not tracking so it cant be the issue with network or wrist position. Already cleaned it thoroughly, rebooted it 3-4 times, unpaired & paired the device & mobile app 3-4 times, turned off & again turned on the heart tracking in device 3-4 times...and each of these steps result in 0 positive result & I am still without heart rates in my device and mobile app. worst part is that I bought this only 3.5 months back & this malfunctioned so soon. Its pretty disappointing to see Fitbit devices lasting even less than what Chinese fitness tracker do specially considering how cheap they are & exorbitant prices of Fitbit devices.

Also for last 5-6 days my inspire HR is giving me incorrect values for total steps, distance, calories burnt, Speed/Pace for the same duration & intensity of exercise in comparison to what I get through Google fit. There is a good 1000+ steps difference

Hi @Clicknitin83  Have you checked that HR is still turned on (it can accidently get turned off sometimes) - in the Settings App.

If it is still on, and taking into account the troubleshooting you have already dome, you will need to contact Customer Support

Hi..Yes the HR was on. Although as part of troubleshooting I turned off & again turned on HR some 3-4 times while doing the reboots as suggested in other forums but to no avail.

I have already written to customer support, talked to their support executive, followed suggestions from them, but again its not working as expected. Horror is the fact that my Inspire HR is not even doing the most basic work of a fitness tracker to give accurate steps, distance, calories burnt, pace/speed for the same duration of exercise that I get from Google fit. There is gap of around 3000 steps in a run of 60 mins. Looks like It was a mistake trusting Fitbit brand
