Have had my fit bit since June 2020, and although it says it’s waterproof I hadnt used it in the water until last week. I swam on the 1st October and it was fine, but then swam on the 2nd and it died. Have tried charging & resetting but nothing makes a difference . The flashing green light underneath is gone. It appears dead . Is there anything else I can try?

I have the same problem
-very upset! I swim everyday, on my second Inspire HR, love the device, but both Inspire HR’s died within 2-3 weeks of swimming everyday-did you ever get a resolution?

I spoke to a Fitbit customer care person and they replaced it . I won’t be swimming with it again.
