I can't connect my inspire HR because it seems that the bluetooth doesn't work... I know it is not my phone's bluetooth because I can connect other devices.
When I try to connect I can put the four numbers that are asked, but then it won't connect in the end.
How can I resolve it?

In addition to the details you shared, I'd like to know if you have connected MobileTrack to your Fitbit app as well? If so, please note if you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?
As it seems that you've MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

I am having the same problem. I put in the four numbers and my Bluetooth searches but never connects. Not my Bluetooth though, it is functioning with other things. Let me know if there is a solution please.
