My Inspire HR won't display

I have about a week or two that does not inspire hr shows nothing on the screen vibrates and when I reset it presents the face but nothing more, and tried several options to fix it but nothing works I am already thinking of throwing it in the trash if it continues like this , if you can help me fix it I would really appreciate it
