My Inspire HR won't swipe

My Fitbit Inspire HR won't swipe. I have re-started my device several. I get the smiley face but no vibration. Nothing I've tried gets the quick settings to display. I only see the clock and after holding the button I see the battery and a light bulb without a line through it. I'm able to change the clock face but it still won't scroll. Any help is appreciated.
