Hello help me ...i need urgent to fix it.. my Fitbit not sync in my phone even i use one phone or another phone. I use single bluetooh but not working. I reset my Fitbit Inspire HR won't change anything. Change another phone also a same problem i got.. can't sync in my phone android.. help me sir.. i think bluetooh can't reach on my tracker. I need fix it now. Because i worked to use time and alarm. Please or i just leave my tracker at home.tq and i use my phone oppo a37fw right now..

Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already checked all the necessary requirements to use the Fitbit app with an Android device and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems.
In addition, make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed.
